Bigger, Better, Faster, More!

It’s official: SuperfluousBanter now resides on our new server, a dual PIII with 4GB of RAM running RedHat Linux.
Mmm, fast…
The site should be zippier now (it certainly rebuilds much faster in MT), which always makes for a good user experience. Once all the bugs are ironed out for all the other MacOS.net clients, I’ll have some time to tinker around here a bit. I’ve got lots of ideas and plans (including a new design, which may or may not unveil itself by year’s end) which should, if nothing else, provide some amusing sideshow-like entertainment for you brutes.
Let me know if you see anything that isn’t as it should be, or to let me know how much faster the site is (or isn’t, if that’s the case).

Moving Day…

It has begun: We’re moving all our sites to a new facility starting today.
If you visit MacOS.net, Webgraph, or Superfluous Banter during the next few days, you may reach us, you may not; you may see an error message, you may not; you may not notice anything at all, or catastrophic errors may abound.
We’ll just have to wait and see.
Here’s to a good, clean move, and we’ll see you again when we come out the other side.
