The past few weeks they've been migrating everyone to "WestHost 2.0" which is the platform I think you're speaking of. The migration has caused some hiccups, but signing on as a new customer should get you right in the door with all the bells and whistles I would assume. I’ve hosted various sites on WestHost for years (including SimpleBits) — in general, the service is excellent. The past few weeks they’ve been migrating everyone to “WestHost 2.0″ which is the platform I think you’re speaking of.

The migration has caused some hiccups, but signing on as a new customer should get you right in the door with all the bells and whistles I would assume.
