Hooked on Refer

No, that’s not a typo: Earlier this week I installed Refer 1.1 for this site, and it’s just so cool! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a quick look at how visitors are arriving at their site, whenever they want to (I’m reloading my Refer page all the freakin’ time!).

    I am SOOOO glad that you posted about this, Dan.

    I’ve seen referrer pages like this on several blogs, and have attempted to find out what software was used to create them, but hadn’t had any luck. Currently, the only way that I can track referrers to my page is with Webalizer, and (on my host at least) Webalizer sucks because it only updates once a day –- at around 11:00 pm Pacific.

    So I’m definitely going to install Refer 1.1 on my site when I get home from work tonight! :)
