Zeldman Redesigns…Again

Jef­frey Zeld­man is redesign­ing in pub­lic. Again.

I was never quite com­fort­able with the pre­vi­ous redesign (green back­ground), and I guess the big Z wasn’t too thrilled with it either.

This has con­vinced me to go ahead with my own redesign plans, mov­ing towards some­thing a lit­tle more sim­ple, clean, and with a stronger brand (hey, it’s what I’m sup­posed to be doing for a liv­ing, so I ought to prac­tice what I preach).

In a related note, I emailed a ban­ner design to Zeld­man for his new site (as of this writ­ing he does not have a title ban­ner, nor have I heard back from him). Who knows? Maybe I’ll get lucky and he’ll like it :-)
