W3C Validator Broken

The recent improvements to the W3C Validator have broken the validator. Two days ago, this site validated without problems, and now the validator seems to think that I’m missing a closing </h3> tag, when it’s there in plain sight, even in the source output of the validator!
This isn’t the only problem either: Just validate this page and you’ll see some of the odd errors that should not be occurring.
It seems nothing can actually be improved upon anymore without first breaking it publicly.
